The Villa is laid out over one storey, with the rooms based around a large hallway. Firstly there is a spacious lounge with dining area and a luxury kitchen. The furniture in this living room is new and stylish.

Through the hall are the following rooms; two suites both with twin beds and modern bathrooms equipped with a shower, sink and toilet; four further bedrooms at the end of the hall with double beds; and a luxurious private bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet.

The villa has a huge garden, spread out over three levels, from which you can enjoy a wonderful unparalelled view of the coastline. On the first level, where the Villa is located, there is a beautiful tree-lined terrace with a lunch set and dinning table. Of interest on the second level is the neightbourhood's swimming pool, to which you have free access, and is rarely used by any other person, bordered with wood and tiles as well as areas where children can play. On the upper level you can also enjoy a big terrace where you will be able to sunbath as much as you want to.

The villa is suitable for up to twelve persons, and it certainly is a wonderful destination for families with children.
